Return Policy

At little talkers bd, we ensure that every product is carefully packed and delivered. However, customers must follow the return policy below if any issue arises.

Product Checking Policy

Customers must check the product immediately in front of the delivery rider at the time of delivery.

If any defect, damage, or incorrect item is found, the product should be returned immediately to the rider.

If the Rider Leaves Before Checking

If the rider leaves before the customer opens the package, the customer must:

1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.

2. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Without this video proof, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.

Eligible Return Cases

Return or exchange requests are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged

• The product is defective

• The wrong product was delivered

Non-Returnable Situations

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted if:

• The product is opened without video proof after the rider leaves

• The product is used or damaged by the customer

• Order details

• Clear photos or unboxing video evidence

Our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.
